Necole believes that a great story always puts people at its heart. She is passionate about her work focused on racial equity and justice in underserved communities, and has spent her career developing strategic, humanized communications that shine a light on some of the toughest challenges facing our country today.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Necole watched firsthand a city, once known for its diversity, transform and displace its long-term residents in the name of “revitalization”. It was this transformation and many others across the country that sparked her to better understand the economic and systemic impacts a growing economy has on its most vulnerable residents. An impact that creates vast disparities in homeownership and building generational wealth, health equity, education and economic opportunities.
Doing the work to elevate these challenges and ultimately collaborating with social changemakers and organizations committed to closing these gaps is Necole’s life’s work.
